Seniors- your assertions are due tomorrow. It is worth 20 points, and MUST BE TYPED. 

Monday, 12/10

Juniors-

2. Think of a topic you would like to deliver as a persuasive speech. Write out your topic and include why you are passionate about it.

1. your assertion is due this Wednesday. It should follow the assertion formula.

2. Your source cards and note cards are due Monday, 12/17. Please refer to the assignment sheet.

Friday, 12/7

Juniors- 

1. Choose 3 adjectives that describe Patrick Henry (based on your reading of “Speech in the Virginia Convention”) and write them across the top of your paper. Put a box around the adjective that best describes YOU.

2. Write one paragraph- Why and how does this adjective describe you?

Seniors- Your topic choice for the research paper is due Monday. Write out your topic on a note-card. Your assertion is due Wednesday, 12/12- you may want to get a jump start on that.
